Lessons in grammar
Grammar lessons will be taught in a stimulating
manner in which the teacher will present a grammar point and the students will manipulate
the structure using games, visuals, audio and audio-visual aides. Although this is a
grammar section students will be expected to participate orally. Grammar lessons are
created according to the level of each student group. The level of the students will be
evaluated with a placement test given on the first day of the course.
Lessons in phonetics and syntax
Pronunciation lessons will be a very important part
of each day. Students will be coached on proper internationally recognised pronunciation.
Students will be encouraged to pass the TFI at the end of their immersion to measure their progress. The Test de français international (TFITM) is a French language proficiency test for people whose native language is not French and is an international standard for French language assessment. The TFI test results show how well you communicate in French in business and academic environments.
